Alvin Lee，2001年11月（29岁）购买10万加元重大疾病保险。身体非常健康，无家庭病史。
2011年时任公司主任会计(accounting director)。8月一天上班时突然手脚发麻，失去知觉。911送往医院确诊为心脏病。2011年9月16日收到保险公司10万加元重大疾病赔偿现金支票。

Sorry it took me 2 weeks to get back to you on this testimony.
