宏利公司(Manulife Financial)个人延伸医疗保险计划（Individual Health Insurance，个人健康保险计划）叫CoverMe Health and Dental Insurance Plans（CoverMe健康与牙齿保险计划，CoverMe延伸医疗保险计划）。其计划分两种，一种FlexCare延伸医疗保险计划，为只有政府医疗保险，没有个人延伸医疗保险的人士设立。另一种叫FollowMe延伸医疗保险计划，为有团体延伸健康保险计划，但因某些原因（如因离职原因）即将被终止的人士设立。
